a. Organize media coverage for the group and/ or new product launches
b. Handling branding and advertising distribution segment of domestic marketing
c. Build key relationships in national media (Print, TV, Online). Analyse Media landscape,
identify and expand all India database, track competitor activities and critically evaluate
2. Press Relations
a. Organize press coverage for the group and/ or new product launches
b. Prepare Press Information related to key business objectives.
c. Design and development of printed literature and promotional material for Press Events
as per corporate identity guidelines.
d. Manage, track and replicate extensive amount of Product Information, Press
Photographs, Press Videos and Press Audios.
3. Financial Management, Agency and Vendor Management
a. Co-ordinating for financial payments of vendors and agencies. Liaising with vendors for printed literature and promotional material. Quarterly Planning, Forecasting tracking of expenditures within the budget allotted. Reporting and Monitoring of Budgets.
b. Formulating budget and tracking of expenditures within the budget allotted for Press
events and projects
4. Media Tracking and Competitor Analysis
a. Media coverage tracking Print and Electronic, Media Analysis, regular competitor
tracking, Daily News report.
b. Internal Communications and Newsletters. Monthly Newsletters, press and news
bulletin. Monthly industry analysis and reports.
