Takshashila Initiatives

With training it is costly but without training, it is more expensive. Hence, we believe that enhancement of skills for better productivity & quality is mandatory and more economical than working with manpower with a skill gap. We developed a huge Infrastructure for skill development with good capital investment for upskilling our employees and the potential hires /unemployed youth to create more and more employment opportunities.

Trident’s belief in the potential of youth; our ‘Yuva” is unwavering. We have seen this belief being proven right time and again by our very flagship - Takshashila Hiring Programme where we give an opportunity to the fresh minds to showcase their capabilities.

Our motto – EARN LEARN GROW; embodies our philosophy where our focus is on helping members acquire the knowledge, skills and attitude so that while they earn, they learn and since the journey is a continuous one they also grow, both, personally and professionally.

  • Digital Learning

    To help our members to adapt to the digital age, we equip them with the experience of working with world-class digital tools. An effort is being made to build data literacy with various initiatives involving e-learning, or as we call it ‘Learning from anywhere’.

  • Fun Outings

    For everyone who joins through Takshashila's extensive hiring program, Trident initiates and sponsors a one-day outing. The idea behind this outing is to build a bond of companionship among new joiners and to make them feel like a functional team. Since empowerment is at the core of all our actions, all arrangements, logistics and even the destination are to be managed by the group. They are allotted 2 days to plan, and we do everything to enable it.

  • Buddy Program

    To help our new members settle in their new roles easily, a buddy is assigned to them for successful onboarding and induction. This also allows existing members to develop their communication skills and share their knowledge and experience. To help the buddy discharge his responsibility effectively, he is supported with learning charters and periodic interventions.

  • Student Relationship Conference

    These conferences include:

    Training members in relevant domains, project guidelines and industry requirements to fill the skill gap.

    Guest lectures from various departments so create awareness of processes, policies & environment of the organisation.

    Industry visits for all students to concerned plants/shop floor exposure.

    Sports activities to help them feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
